General Rules For Shell Users

1. Connections: We do not allow multiple connections per process. What this means is. IE) Your psybnc is started from the shell. It connects to the irc server, in turn you connect to your psybnc, This is the max connections you may have, DO NOT add users onto psybncs as it will be killed. This rule applies to any *bnc, mech, eggdrop, hybrid bot, anything.....

2. Scanning: We don't allow scanning in ANY shape or form. This is direct violationg and your account will be terminated immediately, no questions asked.

3. Abuse: If you run your mouth off and think that we will graciously take DDOS hits because you are special, think again... We investigate each one to our fullest extent and make rather rash decisions based on 'bad' users that generate these types of attacks against our network. On the (3rd strike) you will be promptly removed from our systems and not accepted again for service.

4. Mischief: If you want a place to compile your 133t rootkit. Do it somewhere else. Testing it out on our systems is the fastest way to get booted. We honestly don't care if it works or not. Getting caught doing this will assure your prompt removal as well.

5. Under no circumstance do we allow PHP Bots. Failure to comply with this will be dealt with strictly.

6. The Good News: Do what you like, connect where you like, have fun, this is basically what irc shells are about. A remote place that you can irc from away from work, school, and in those scenarios where you aren't allowed to use irc. Just be smart, think before you act, and have a good time.

- Other Shell Info -
We do not backup our shell users info, this is up to you to do so. Using "tar" can create a quick backup file of your important data. Our FTP server can be used to download it. Or if you would like, put it in your /public_html directory for download via http.

Read the motd, there are very important announcements made here that usually will effect you in some way or another. =)

Thanks and have fun
